60-Day Guarantee: Aircraft and essential items are guaranteed at the time of sale to be in good working condition.  Should a safety or quality issue arise that impacts the normal and safe operation of the unit, Madison Area Drone Service will correct as necessary by repair or replacement of the defective item.  Note: All guarantee claims will be scrutinized and flight records checked at the time of claim.  If the failure is deemed to be due to abnormal use, abuse, drops, crashes, alterations, use with non-manufacturer applications, failed/corrupted firmware updates or extreme exposure to moisture, water or high/low temperatures beyond manufacturer specifications, claim will NOT be covered.  Batteries and propellers are consumable items and are exempt from this guarantee.  If a flight record cannot be retrieved or is wiped clean prior to the claim, the claim will not be accepted.  Owner is responsible for shipping charges and/or logistics to return drone for any 60-Day Guarantee claim.
