To finalize your equipment rental, please complete and submit the information below. Rental Contract completion is required BEFORE your rental will ship or be available for local pickup.

Your rental officially starts after your rental has been confirmed delivered OR picked up from our local store.
If you have reserved your rental in advance, please use “Page 2 – Date & Duration” to specify your desired rental start date and duration.
If you have completed the rental purchase process, but you have not completed the Rental Contract within 48-hours, your rental will be cancelled and funds refunded.
If an address verification or ID verification is required, you will be contacted as soon as possible, and the rental will be placed on hold until verification can be completed.
